To explore the influence of METTL14 on the expression of MHC class I genes in NPC cells, we first conducted heatmap analysis to show that METTL14 overexpression markedly upregulated MHC class I genes (HLA‐A, B, C, E, F, and TAP1) (Figure 6A), whereas METTL14 depletion led to substantial downregulation of the above genes (Figure 6B). Here, HLA-A is linked to nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
