Therapeutic advances in treatment of lung cancer have included targeted therapies, which are available for patients with mutations in oncogenes such as ROS Proto-Oncogene 1 (ROS1), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), and B-raf proto-oncogene (BRAF) [5–8]. Here, EGFR is linked to lung carcinoma.
