In the Fig. 3B, the model correctly diagnosed sepsis, and in this decision, the strong contribution of classical sepsis findings such as positive blood culture, severe hypoxemia (SpO2: 83%), markedly high neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio, tachycardia (145 bpm), high β-lactate (3.1 mmol/L), old age, and high C-reactive protein to the positive class is evident.
