Relative to the control group, the model group demonstrated considerably higher expression of TLR4, MyD88, TRIF, NLRP3, and p-NF-κB (Figures 4A–E), indicating successful activation of the TLR4-TRIF/MyD88 NF-κB-NLRP3 signaling pathway in LPS-induced ALI.
