The underlying mechanism used by EA to exert its anti-tumour effect on A549 and H1299 cells was assessed using phosphorylomic analysis, and the results showed 55 phosphorylated proteins in the AKT, JAK/STAT, MAPK, NFκB, and TGF-β pathways, which are all carcinogenic key pathways (Figures 9A,B). This evidence concerns the gene TGFB1 and neoplasm.
