We found that the mRNA levels of FBXW7 were significantly decreased in six brain regions, including hippocampus (Hip), entorhinal cortex (EC), medial temporal gyrus (MTG), posterior cingulate cortex (PC), superior frontal gyrus (SFG), and visual cortex (VCX) in AD patients compared to controls (Fig. 4A).
