ULK1 and depressive symptom measurement: Ketamine (10 mg/kg) have played short‐versus long‐term antidepressant, cognitive, and psychotic effects on chronic unpredictable stress (CUS) rat model of depression by deactivated Unc‐51‐like autophagy activating kinase 1 (ULK1), and other autophagy markers [24]. Therefore, these experimental evidences demonstrated that ULK1 is a promising effective biomarker and target for depression treatment.
