Across both PD and LBD cohorts, we identified a combined 996 REs in the longer allele in the combined cases and controls in 19 genes (Supplementary Fig. 1), with REs in ATXN1, ATXN2, HTT, DM1, NIPA1 and RFC1 being the most frequent (Supplementary Table 2 and Supplementary Table 3). This evidence concerns the gene ATXN2 and Parkinson disease.
