We annotated mutations in genes known to drive keratinocyte cancers, and in the example case, the actinic keratosis had loss-of-function mutations affecting TP53, NOTCH1, NOTCH2, and CDKN2A as well as a gain-of-function mutation affecting the TERT promoter (Fig. 3c). The gene discussed is CDKN2A; the disease is keratinocyte carcinoma.
