CELF1 and breast carcinoma: Moreover, the overabundance of CELF1 in breast carcinomas was validated through information obtained from the UALCAN database (Chandrashekar et al., 2017; Supplementary Figure S2A), which is in agreement with the immunohistochemistry staining results from human breast cancer tissue samples, providing support for the expression of the CELF1 protein (Figure 2G).
