To explore the function of CELF1 in human breast carcinomas, we conducted an examination of CELF1 gene expression data utilizing the TCGA database and found that the analyzed cohort comprised 545 cases of invasive ductal breast carcinomas and 22 samples of noncancerous breast tissues (Figure 2F) and identified a substantial upregulation of CELF1 expression in breast cancer in contrast to normal tissues. The gene discussed is CELF1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
