The results showed that the mRNA levels of ras, Raf1, Mek, ERK, and Pld1 in the liver tissue of NAFLD group mice were significantly higher than those in the control group (p < 0.01), while the mRNA levels significantly decreased after quinoa intervention (p < 0.05), which were consistent with the results of IHC experiments. Here, PLD1 is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
