Malnutrition was positively associated with PC 2 (i.e., urea, c-terminal agrin fragment, and potassium) (odds ratio [OR] = 1.647, p-value: 0.039) and negatively associated with PC 3 (i.e., hemoglobin, hematocrit, and red blood cell count) (OR = 0.567, p-value: 0.022) and PC 4 (i.e., calcium, albumin, total protein levels, and HDL cholesterol) (OR = 0.607, p-value: 0.035).
