In a BALB/c dermatitis model, topical BCP (0.001–100 μg/mL, 20 days) improved AD-like lesions, reducing epidermal and dermal thickening, limiting inflammatory infiltration (including mast cells), and suppressing keratinocyte EGR1 and TSLP, consistent with IL-4/MAPK/EGR1/TSLP signaling [30].
