Anti-Ro/La antibodies, classically associated with Sjögren’s syndrome and SLE, have been linked to increased risks of melanoma, T-cell lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and breast carcinoma, particularly in older patients with systemic features such as fever, anemia, or cutaneous lupus erythematosus [41,42]. The gene discussed is CALR; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
