High TIM-3+ frequencies in CD34+CD38− and CD34+CD38+ cells showed trends toward lower RFS (3-year RFS: 77.4% [95% CI: 44.9–92.1%] vs. 100% [95% CI: 100–100%], p = 0.091, Figure 2B; 75.0% [95% CI: 40.8–91.2%] vs. 100% [95% CI: 100–100%], p = 0.060, Figure 2C), whereas TIM-3+ frequency had no significant association with RFS in non-CBF-AML patients (p = 0.16, 0.21, and 0.44, Figure 2D–F).
