GSEA-KEGG identified 29 significantly enriched pathways (p-adj < 0.05), including oxidative phosphorylation, Wnt signalling, pathways in cancer, IL-17 signalling, breast cancer, diabetic cardiomyopathy, Huntington disease, allograft rejection, cardiac muscle contraction, and 2-oxocarboxylic acid metabolism, with enrichment signals of approximately 47%, 35%, 24%, 28%, 26%, 37%, 34%, 31%, 34%, and 46%, respectively. Here, IL17A is linked to juvenile Huntington disease.
