Our findings revealed that RBP1 exhibited significant overexpression in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), glioblastoma (GBM), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), and lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), while showing marked decreases in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), kidney chromophobe (KICH), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD) (Figure 1A). This evidence concerns the gene RBP1 and glioblastoma.
