We found that RBP7 was significantly decreased (p < 0.001) in breast cancer (Figure 7D) and served as a protective factor (HR = 0.86, p < 0.05) for breast cancer survival (Figure 7E), which was consistent with the findings from the TCGA cohort and the immunohistochemistry staining of the tissue microarray performed in our study. This evidence concerns the gene RBP7 and breast cancer.
