KEGG pathway enrichment analysis (FDR < 0.05) revealed that these proteins were significantly associated with multiple biological pathways, including arginine biosynthesis, arginine and proline metabolism, Legionellosis, adipocytokine signaling pathway, toxoplasmosis, pertussis, NF-κB signaling pathway, HIF-1 signaling pathway, insulin resistance, and lipid and atherosclerosis pathways. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and pertussis.
