We first confirmed centriolar localization of Centrin-2 in CRC cells using immunofluorescence co-staining with γ-tubulin, a well-characterized pericentriolar marker25,38, and a Centrin-2 monoclonal antibody raised against human full-length Centrin-2 recombinant protein. This evidence concerns the gene CETN2 and colorectal carcinoma.
