Co-immunostainings with γ-tubulin, total Centrin-2, and anti-Centrin-pS170 antibodies revealed that phosphorylated Centrin-2 was almost absent from interphase centrosomes of DMSO-treated CRC cells, as expected11,24, whereas total Centrin co-localized with γ-tubulin (Fig. 6a, b).
