The gating strategy is shown in Supplementary Figure S3 While we did not observe significant quantitative differences in naïve/unclass-switched memory B cells between the CD4-depleted and undepleted groups in any timepoint post-infection, a trend is observed where the undepleted group shows higher levels of naïve/unclass-switched memory B cell subset, compared to the CD4-depleted cohort (Figure S12A). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is infection.
