Four BBBMs such as Immunoglobulin M (IGM), Placenta Growth Factor (PLGF), Serum Glutamic Oxaloacetic Transaminase (SGOT), and Alpha-1-Microglobulin (A1Micro) were found to be critical for early detection of AD, demonstrating a SN of 92.86% and SP of 82.35%, thereby validating that BBBMs and ML are effective diagnostic tools for clinical practice [676]. Here, PGF is linked to Alzheimer disease.
