GFAP was positively correlated with Aβ levels, as indicated by the 4G8% area in AD patients and NCs (p = 0.0100, r = 0.3592 in CA1; p = 0.0015, r = 0.4255 in the DG) (Fig. 4b; SFig. 4c). This evidence concerns the gene GFAP and Alzheimer disease.
