In the MMTV-PyMT spontaneous breast cancer model, SUP3 treatment at 10 weeks enhanced tumor infiltration of CD8+ T cells, reduced levels of tumor-associated indexes: CD31 and Ki67 (Supplementary Fig. S2C, D), and increased infiltration of CD103+ cDC1s (Supplementary Fig S2E, F), which may contribute to antitumor T cell responses. This evidence concerns the gene ITGAE and breast carcinoma.
