Notably, the expression levels of IFIT3, SP140, GADD45B, MOV10, SMARCD3, JAK2, GADD45G, TDRD7, PCGF5, LMNB1, SAP30, and DTX3L were upregulated in the TB cohort, while SETD6, RSAD1, and TLE2 were downregulated. Here, DTX3L is linked to tuberculosis.
