Presence of anti‐AChR antibodies accounts for approximately 50% of ocular and 85% of generalised MG, while an additional 5%–10% MG patients are positive for antibodies against muscle‐specific kinase (MuSK) and low‐density lipoprotein receptor‐related protein 4 (LRP4). This evidence concerns the gene LRP4 and myasthenia gravis.
