Multivariate cox regression analysis identified C1 score ≥0.75 (HR, 1.85; 95% CI, 1.11–3.07, p = 0.018), nodal metastasis (HR, 2.26; 95% CI, 1.32–3.86; p = 0.003), and distant metastasis (HR, 2.22; 95% CI, 1.25–3.96; p = 0.007), and BAP1 mutation (HR, 1.98; 95% CI, 1.10–3.58; p = 0.023) as independent predictors of 5-year cause-specific PFS (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene BAP1 and metastasis.
