NST breast carcinomas, which account for the majority of cases, are further classified into four major subtypes (Luminal A, Luminal B, HER2-enriched, triple-negative/basal-like) based on histopathological features, including the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors, HER2 status, and the Ki-67 proliferation marker. Here, PGR is linked to breast carcinoma.
