IFNG and psoriasis: Meng et al. [164] demonstrated that overexpression of HGF in DPSCs led to reduced spleen mass in psoriatic mice and downregulation of inflammation-related factors, such as interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), TNF-α, and interleukin (IL)-17A, suggesting that DPSCs exert enhanced therapeutic effects on psoriasis by reducing inflammatory responses.
