Again, turning to the data cBioPortal Breast Cancer (METABRIC, Nature 2012 & Nat Commun 2016) dataset, in the TNBC cohort (n = 210), we found a higher frequency of TP53 mutations in the group of TNBC patients younger than 45 years (n = 64), 82.81%, versus 78,7% in women older than 45 years (n = 146) (Figure 11) [29,30]. The gene discussed is TP53; the disease is breast carcinoma.
