While were was no significant correlation between SOX10+ tumor cells and CD8+ T cells in baseline biopsy samples, spatial co-clustering analysis revealed that baseline tumors in the relatlimab lead-in arm had significant increased dispersion of SOX10+ tumor cells and CD8+ T cells (p=0.009 and p=0.07 in comparison to combination and nivolumab lead-in arms, respectively) indicating separation of the patterns and low colocalization of signals (Fig. 3C).
