METTL13 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia: Among T-ALL samples, we identified an upregulation of METTL13 in both high risk (CNS-infiltrated, KMT2A-r or a WBC above 100) and relapsed samples (with bone-marrow origin) compared to standard risk diagnosis samples (CNS negative, non-KMT2A-r, and a WBC below 100) (Fig. 5E, 5F).
