To assess the impact of the FTO-BTK/c-Myc-E2F1 axis expression levels on the survival of breast cancer patients, we using SangerBox.2 for multifactorial survival analysis, we discovered that lower expression levels of the FTO and BTK axis were significantly associated with improved OS (Fig. 9H) and disease-free survival (DFS) (Fig. 9I) in breast cancer patients.
