The results showed that LOXL2 knockdown impaired the ETV4-induced enhancement of cell migration and invasion (Fig.5d and Fig.S9d, 9f, 9h), while LOXL2 overexpression restored the ETV4 knockdown-mediated inhibition of migration affects (Fig.5e and Fig.S9e, 9g, 9i) in CRC cells.
