Currently, there are 75 registered clinical trials of CAR-T cell therapy for AML, of which 53 (71%) are Phase 1 or early Phase 1 trials, with CD33, CD123, CLL-1, FLT3 and NPM1c being the most frequently targeted antigens (69), as summarized in Table 1.
