We found that Fabp5−/−Rag2−/− double knockout animals developed worse dermatitis than their Fabp5+/+Rag2−/− littermate controls (Figure 1K) FABP5-deficiency in Rag2−/− mice similarly resulted in an increase in skin-infiltrating neutrophils (Figure 1L). This evidence concerns the gene FABP5 and dermatitis.
