CD99 and Ewing sarcoma: The latter was delayed, but upon completion, immunohistochemical and histopathological analyses, which were sent to a reference pathology department in Lebanon, revealed pulmonary Ewing sarcoma, with CD99 (+), vimentin (+), CD56 (+), CD45 (–), synaptophysin (–), desmin (–), TTF-1 (–), and TLE1 (–).
