Polydatin also significantly inhibited tumor proliferation in vivo (Fig. 8G-I) and and the PKM2 staining also indicate that polydatin can block variable shear event of PKM2 caused by HNRNPA1 lactylation (Fig. 8J), demonstrating its antitumor efficacy in BLCA.
