We also observed a higher count of LEVs-HLA-G+ in males than females from the melanoma group (3.15E + 04 ± 2.86E+04 vs. 1.64E + 04 ± 1.14E+04, p=0.05), which was less evident for sHLA-G (5.52 ± 4.88 vs. 3.15 ± 2.55ng/mL, p=0.08). The gene discussed is HLA-G; the disease is melanoma.
