Multivariate analysis identified male sex (HR, 1.82; 95% CI, 1.29–2.58; P<0.01), age ≥60 years (HR, 8.94; 95% CI, 4.52–17.70; P<0.01), myeloid malignancies (HR, 3.77; 95% CI, 1.49–9.55; P<0.01), B-cell lymphoma (HR, 3.16; 95% CI, 1.26–7.92; P = 0.01), other lymphoid malignancies (HR, 3.95; 95% CI, 1.45–10.7; P<0.01), prior bendamustine use (HR, 1.87; 95% CI, 1.23–2.84; P<0.01) and prior anti-CD38 antibody use (HR, 3.65; 95% CI, 1.55–8.59; P<0.01) as independently associated with overall survival.
