CD4 and congenital isolated hyperinsulinism: In the ileum, at T0, CD4+ T-cell counts were similar in PHI and CHI (Figure 3C), yet activated CD4+ T cells were higher in PHI (51.5% [IQR, 41–69.5] vs 22.9% [IQR, 8.9–33.3]; P=0.03; Figure 3D).
