Patients with hypertension had a mean EAT volume index 5.8 cm3/m2 higher than those without hypertension (95% CI: 0.4, 11.1; P = 0.035), and those with diabetes had a mean increase of 8.3 cm3/m2 compared with non-diabetic patients (95% CI: 1.5, 15.0; P = 0.017). Here, MCL1 is linked to Hypertension.
