NANOG and malignant colon neoplasm: The results of the 3D stem cell sphere experiment showed that compared with the WT group, the stem cell sphere diameter and number of HCT116 colon cancer stem cells and LoVo colon cancer stem cells transfected with 7 MUT plasmids of NANOG protein were reduced (Fig 6), indicating that N-glycosylation is involved in the maintenance of stem cell characteristics by the NANOG gene.
