Additionally, patients who did not achieve complete remission after 6 months of treatment were more likely to present with PCOS (OR, 0.469; 95% CI, 0.286–0.770), insulin resistance (OR, 0.540; 95% CI, 0.329–0.886), myometrial invasion (OR, 0.506; 95% CI, 0.299–0.855), larger tumor diameters (OR, 0.194; 95% CI, 0.062–0.608), and elevated HE4 levels (OR, 0.431; 95% CI, 0.232–0.799).
