HNRNPL and familial isolated congenital asplenia: Given that HNRNPL belongs to RBPs, actingdepend on conjugating with other factors, and the bidirectional control offerroptosis by p53 and the regulation of HNRNPL/ miR-381 and p53, the expressionlevel of HNRNPL is unreliable to deduce the status of ferroptosis in ICAS group.Further studies are needed to explore the exact regulatory network between thesefactors.
