SEPTIN4 had multiple DETs in AD including a down-regulated and significantly switched FSM isoform (ENST00000317256.10) and an up-regulated NIC isoform (PB.73144) with part of exon 2 missing (Fig. 6a), both of which were validated by RT-PCR (Fig. 6b, c). Here, SEPTIN4 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
