The outcomes revealed that the genes belonging to the blue module are involved in Axon guidance, Infectious disease, Recycling pathway of L1, CRMPs in Sema3A signaling, Interferon alpha/beta signaling, Semaphorin interactions, EPH‐Ephrin signaling, Parkinson disease, Alzheimer's disease, Regulation of actin cytoskeleton, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (Figure 5a). Here, SEMA3A is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
