Table 3 and Fig. 3 showed that AlCl3-induced AD-like untreated group had significant higher (p = 0.001) levels of Aβ1-42, p-Tau, GSK3β, and GFAP, as well as a higher expression of miRNA-134 and significant lower levels of SIRT1 and BDNF (p = 0.001) in brain tissues as opposed to the control group. This evidence concerns the gene GSK3B and Alzheimer disease.
