In comparison, suppression of METTL14 or WTAP in PCa cells had no impact on YTHDF1 expression (Supplemental Figure 2H), further proving our rationale that YTHDF1, but not METTL14 or WTAP, serves as the upstream regulator of this m6A intrinsic network.
