Immunohistochemical staining showed that the tumor cells were widely positive for CD30 (Fig. 3) but negative for epithelial membrane antigen (EMA), leukocyte common antigen (LCA), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), CD79a, and CD20 (Figs. 4, 5, and 6). The gene discussed is PTPRC; the disease is neoplasm.
