Administration of the AdipoR1 antibody during bacterial infection impaired the inducible expression of cytotoxic genes Perforin A and Granzyme B (Appendix Fig. S3C) and pro-inflammatory cytokines IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-6 (Appendix Fig. S3D) and reduced the ability of T cells to produce Granzyme B (Fig. 3J,K).
